I have a male tabby for 3years he’s NOT declawed or neutered. Despite the countless Vets that have urged me to do both. I don’t believe it is necessary for my opinion. He’s been an indoor cat his whole life he’s sweet and affectionate. He has his own scratching post and doesn’t tear up the house or furniture. I firmly believe he’s a good cat b/c I’ve opted out of both those procedures on his behalf. True to From Beto for Tesax Shirt. I guess that it’s acceptable to have a dog’s dew claws removed, their ears clipped and tails docked. I’m sorry but that’s a form of mutilation as well. I have had cats all my life that have been declared with no problems!

I do recommend if you can’t put up with damage don’t get a cat but it means less available homes or even possible abuse. We did not declaw the last cat we got but have all the others. The cat with claws is the one we’ve had more peeing problems with. One of our declawed cats lived to 20. No arthritis. Another declawed is almost 18. Happy as can be. True to From Beto for Tesax Shirt. I have 2 cats and will not declaw them. Couches get outdated and new couches come and if they ever catch mice I got nothing to worry about.
